    Please exchange your voucher for the ticket at the Kensington Palace Ticket Office.
    Ticket validity:
    Tickets are only valid on the date and time selected and are non-transferable.
    Duration of visit:
    Guests spend approximately 90 minutes inside the palace but can stay until closing time.

    Summer (March 1 to October 31)
    Daily from 10:00 until 18:00
    *Last admission is at 17:00
    Winter (November 1 to February 29)
    Daily from 10:00 until 16:00

  • Late openings and early closures
    The Queen's State Apartments will be closed until March 31, 2020.
    Kensington Palace Pavilion will be closed on the following dates:

    • May 23, 2020 (all day)
    • May 24, 2020 (all day)
    The Orangery is currently closed for conservation and restoration works.
    The Kensington Palace Pavilion and the Palace Café are open daily for refreshments.

Restrictions

  • This activity is wheelchair accessible.
  • Guests with accessibility needs are entitled to bring a carer free of charge. Complimentary tickets for the carers are only redeemable on the day of the visit.
  • Service animals are allowed in the Palace as long as they are wearing their designated jacket and with their 'Assistance Dog's (UK)' identification book.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Re-entry is not permitted in the Palace.
  • Please note that due to the popularity of the exhibition, significant waiting times are expected.
  • Smoking, eating, and drinking are only allowed in designated refreshment areas.
  • Touching any of the artworks or furniture in display is not allowed.
  • Please note that the use of mobile phones, photographic and recording equipment is not allowed in all buildings unless otherwise advised.
  • Backpacks, large bags, and/or suitcases are not allowed inside the buildings.
